No. LetMighty helps you organise information and review general guidance. It does not provide legal advice, inspect your property or certify compliance.
What is included in the free plan?
One property, with its requirements, an Action plan, dates and plain-English guidance kept current, and exports of your records. Choose Landlord or Pro to add detailed records, tenancies and requests, and to upload documents.
Will I receive email reminders?
Email reminders are not active in this preview. Recorded dates and outstanding actions are visible in your workspace, and you can download a calendar file of your dates to import into your own calendar.
Can I remove an uploaded document?
Yes. Open Documents and choose Delete. It moves to Trash for 30 days, where you can restore it or permanently delete it sooner.
