Guidance & help

Short answers about using LetMighty. LetMighty provides general guidance and helps you organise records and reminders. It does not provide legal advice or certify compliance. Suggestions depend on the information you record. Check the linked official guidance for your circumstances and seek qualified advice when needed.

Getting started

Add a property and answer the setup questions. They decide which requirements apply. You can leave anything you are unsure about and come back to it.

What the workspace tells you

Dates and suggested next steps come from your recorded answers and the sources shown. A missing document is a gap in your records, not a finding that you have broken the law. “Recorded” describes what you have saved; it does not mean independently verified.

“Needs review” means LetMighty cannot tell yet, usually because an answer or date is missing. It is not a judgement that something is wrong.

Dates and calendar

The Action plan shows what needs attention now, details to check and what is coming up, each with one next step. All items lists every open item with its own date and history. Calendar shows every dated task and next check date. You can download your dates as a calendar file and import it into your own calendar; download it again when dates change. Email reminders are unavailable until enabled and shown as active in your account.

Documents

Open Documents to download or manage a file. Delete moves it to Trash and unlinks it from the current record. You can restore it for 30 days or permanently delete it sooner. Archive keeps the original and is separate from deletion. Uploading documents is part of the paid plans; you can always download the documents you have.

Urgent issues

Recording a hazard does not contact an emergency service or contractor. Act on immediate danger using the appropriate service. For disputed rights, notices or unusual circumstances, seek a qualified adviser.

Signing in

Forgotten your password? Go to Sign in and choose Forgot password?. We will email you a code. To change your email address or password, open Account → Sign-in and security.

Plans and billing

Open Account → Manage billing to see invoices, update your card or cancel. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Your records are never deleted because a plan ends.

You can also send a privacy or account-closure request from Account; we review these by hand.
